Kilworthy Farm Guesthouse in Tavistock offers charming accommodation on 150-acre working beef and sheep farm. Our Devonshire farm boasts amazing views of the wooded valley and over the Western slopes of Dartmoor.

Our wonderful farm is one of Devon’s hidden gems, offering an array of Victorian buildings built between 1851 – 1853. The buildings consist of the remains of a waterwheel, the largest in Devon with a diameter of 30 feet, a granary/machinery barn, three parallel cow houses, an undercroft and a separate stable yard. We truly are perfect for the ultimate rural retreat in an amazing location.

We have 3 beautifully furnished rooms available, all perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Staple Tor comes with an en suite double, Brent Tor includes an en twin/super king and Mistor included a large double and single with a private bathroom. All the rooms include a TV, a welcome tray of refreshments, filtered water and toiletries. Each bathroom has a power shower.

After a busy day sightseeing, unwind in the cosy lounge which has a toasty wood burner for the winter months.

In the morning, you can you look forward to a delightful continental-style breakfast or a full English breakfast to set you up for the day ahead. Packed lunches, evening meals and cream teas can be arranged by prior arrangement – please enquire for details.
