Pittaford Farm Camping is great for a tranquil getaway in the picturesque village of Slapton. Based near Kingsbridge in a glorious part of Devon, we are the perfect place to escape from the pressure of modern life.

Our charming campsite is surrounded by stunning countryside, a paradise for outdoor lovers looking for a tranquil getaway. We have 15 well spaced pitches nestled on the side of a valley, with the large meadow field offering plenty of space.

Whether you want to camp or hire a bell tent, our spacious camping field offers plenty of room. All the pitches have a fire pit, with logs available for sale onsite as well.

For those that don’t fancy the traditional camping experience, you can stay in our gorgeous bell tents. We have a 5-metre bell tent for 2 that comes with a double bed and memory foam mattress. A large 6 metre bell tents sleep 2-4/5 and includes a king size bed and memory foam matters, plus 2 memory foam mattresses. All the bell tents boast a picnic table, a camp kitchen and fire pit to huddle around whilst gazing at the starry night sky.

Facilities onsite include:

Two family sized showers rooms with hairdryer, shaver socket, basin and mirror.

Three WC’s with hand basins.

An undercover washing up area with two washing up sinks and one more outside.

Two fridges and a freezers for ice packs.

Electric sockets for charging phones etc.

Fire pit provided on each pitch.

Hard standing access for small campervans in designated spots.

Please note we have no electric hook ups or Wi-Fi on site and 3G/4G can be sketchy, depending on your provider.

Please note we have no chemical toilet disposal facility.

We are near the scenic coastal town of Kingsbridge, home to cobbled streets, historic buildings and wonderful coastal walks. The town has lots of great restaurants and lovely independent shops to browse. Superb attractions to visit while staying with us include:
