Swallows Flight offers wonderful self catering accommodation in the charming village of Chillington. Based near Kingsbridge in a gorgeous area of Devon, we are only a 30 – 40-minute walk to the beach.

Fledgling Barn:

Our newly converted barn offers luxury accommodation in a rural setting. Inside is a magnificent open plan kitchen with a range of appliances for home cooking. You can unwind in the cosy sitting which comes with a fire and TV. In total, there are two lavish bedrooms with en suite bedrooms. An extra office/bedroom is on the mezzanine floor. A utility room comes with a washing machine. Outside there is a large patio for al fresco dining whilst savouring the views.

The Nest:

This newly converted 19th Century barn has been built from stone and wood to offer high-quality accommodation. Inside this fabulous rural retreat is a lovely open plan area to enjoy. There is a small kitchen area, a living area with a toast wood burner and seating, a bathroom with a roll top bath and a lavish bed. Outside there is a hot tub to soak your troubles away in. The Nest also boasts amazing views over the farmland.

The Airstream:

Our quirky Airstream is nestled in the walled garden of our historic farm, based in 5 acres of gorgeous grounds. Inside there is a hob, a tiny sink and an onboard flushing loo. A lovely bedroom comes with a king-size bed, whilst a single bunk can convert into a double bed. The Granary is shared with the barn upstairs, an open-plan space with a Belfast sink and family-size table as well as a wet room with a shower.

We are in a brilliant position for discovering all that the area has to offer. There are miles of gorgeous countryside walks to enjoy, whilst the secluded beaches at Lannacombe, Soar Mill Cove and Hallsand are perfect for scenic coastal walks. You can visit Agatha Christie's Greenway House and gardens or visit the newly restored Royal William Yard in Plymouth. Superb attractions to visit include:

Start Point Lighthouse.

Burgh Island.

Hope Cove.

Beesands beach.

Bigbury Beach.
