Swallows Flight offers high-quality self-catering accommodation in the charming village of Chillington, near Kingsbridge in Devon. Set in a beautiful rural location and just a 30 to 40-minute walk from the coast, it provides an ideal base for enjoying nearby beaches, coastal paths and the stunning South Devon countryside.

Fledgling Barn

Our newly converted barn offers luxury accommodation in a rural setting. Inside is an open plan kitchen with a range of appliances for home cooking. You can unwind in the cosy sitting which comes with a fire and TV. In total, there are two lavish bedrooms with en suite bedrooms. An extra office/bedroom is on the mezzanine floor. A utility room comes with a washing machine. Outside there is a large patio for al fresco dining whilst savouring the views.

The Nest

This 19th Century barn has been built from stone and wood to offer high-quality accommodation. Inside this rural retreat is an open plan area to enjoy. There is a small kitchen area, a living area with a toast wood burner and seating, a bathroom with a roll top bath and a lavish bed. Outside there is a hot tub to soak your troubles away in. The Nest also boasts stunning views over the farmland.

The Airstream

Our quirky Airstream is nestled in the walled garden of our historic farm, based in 5 acres of grounds. Inside there is a hob, a tiny sink and an onboard flushing loo. The bedroom comes with a king-size bed, whilst a single bunk can convert into a double bed.

We are in an ideal position for discovering all that the area has to offer. There are miles of countryside walks to enjoy, whilst the secluded beaches at Lannacombe, Soar Mill Cove and Hallsand are perfect for scenic coastal walks. You can visit Agatha Christie's Greenway House and gardens or visit the newly restored Royal William Yard in Plymouth. Attractions to visit include:

Bigbury Beach.
