We have an array of fantastic bedrooms to choose from, all perfect for a restful night’s sleep. You can choose from sea view and sun view rooms, with some rooms boasting a private balcony with seating to unwind on whilst saving the views. The rooms offer a choice of super king or twin beds.

The rooms all include a range of facilities: 32’’ flat screen TV (smart TVs in 3 front rooms), a DVD player, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, sofa and dressing table. En suite bathrooms in each room include a heated towel rail, fluffy towel and toiletries. A fridge, complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities (Nespresso Coffee Machine with free pods provided), complimentary biscuits and fresh milk are also provided.

If you’re celebrating a special occasion during your stay we can arrange flowers/ prosecco for you at an additional cost.

In the morning, you can tuck into a tasty breakfast to set you up for the day ahead. We use a locally sourced butchers and farm eggs and can cater for a range of allergies/intolerances. During the summer months you can enjoy lunches and cream teas on our licensed terrace whilst enjoying the sea view.

Picturesque Oddicombe Beach can be reached via the funicular railway and is home to bustling cafes bars. You can visit the Babbacombe Theatre to catch a show or explore famous Bygones and Babbacombe Model Village. The guest house is on the south west coast path and offers amazing views, plus lots of lovely pubs. Excellent attractions to visit include:
