Summer Haze Cottage Main House offers charming self catering in the quaint village of Higher Warcombe. Based near Mortehoe in a peaceful area of North Devon, we are great for a relaxing holiday.

Our holiday home sleeps up to 4 people and is tastefully furnished throughout. A cosy lounge/diner comes with a toasty wood burner, comfy seating, a large beanbag, an extendable table with six chairs and a smart TV/DVD player. You can also enjoy the fabulous country views.

A well-equipped kitchne has a door that opens to the garden. Excellent appliances for home cooking included an electric oven/hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge freezer, additional freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and barista coffee machine.

Bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with, a four poster room with a WC next door and a bunk room. A separate bathroom has a shower over bath.

You can enjoy the lovely outdoor spaces whilst staying with. A raised lawn comes with a bench seat and an additional table, plus a secure fenced/gated play area with three swings, slide and garden toys, perfect for younger children. We also have a secluded area with a picnic bench and BBQ, offering a great spot for a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

The local area has an abundance of activities to enjoy, including sea and freshwater fishing, golf (just minutes away), hiking, mountain biking, skating, sailing, snorkelling, surfing, swimming, tennis, water skiing, windsurfing, sea kayaking, coaststeering and rock climbing. You can also enjoy scenic walks along the south west coastal bath. This Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is just 10 miles from the award-winning sandy beaches surf beaches of Woolacombe and just 1 mile from the gorgeous village and coves of Lee (with wheelchair access available at Lee Bay).
