Summerhill Farm offers touring and camping facilities near Newton Abbot, based on our working farm in the gorgeous River Dart Valley. We are surrounded by rolling hills and are within easy reach of the South Devon coast.

Our camping field is spacious and well-drained, based at the bottom of the farm. In total, we have 8 electric hook up points.

Onsite we have a toilet and shower facility block, including disabled facilities. We also have waste disposal and recycling bins. Raised BBQs are allowed but please respect other campers.

You can also stay in our shepherds hut that sleeps up to 2 people. The hut is well-equipped and comes with a 2 burner gas stove, small fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils and a kettle. The seating area can be made in a large double bed. We provide all bedding.

You can discover all that Dartmoor has to offer whilst staying with us. Walk along the River Dart or explore the South Devon heritage coast. Lots of adventure parks and theme parks are in the area. Attractions to visit include:

National Marine Aquarium.

Buckfast Abbey.

Blackpool Sands.

Woodlands Theme Park.
