We have nine individually designed rooms, all en suite, all with smart TVs and free Wifi.

Our food is locally sourced where possible: our bacon, sausages and eggs are from the butcher in Palace Avenue.

We have free parking and a 3Kw EV charger which is connected to our solar panels as well as to the grid.

In our rear garden is the cabin with an Hydropool hot tub, which is running 24/7/365. This is free to use. At busy times you may have to book.

We are five minutes’ walk from Goodrington North Beach which is dog friendly all year round.

There are many walks to cliffs, beaches, valleys, woodland, streams and unspoilt villages off the tourist trail. We have a good selection of maps and walking routes which we are happy to share to get you to the best places for beautiful scenery and good pubs.

The steam railway is viewed best from Goodrington South Beach and runs from February to Christmas. In November and December it becomes the spectacular and beautiful Train of Lights.
