Twelve Oaks Farm spans nearly 250 acres and operates as a fully functional Charolais beef cattle farm. Situated on the outskirts of Teigngrace village, the farm's caravan park is situated alongside the tranquil River Teign.

Our touring park at Twelve Oaks is open year-round, offering both all-weather hard standings and grass pitches for summer use. Most pitches are equipped with electric and TV hook-ups. On-site amenities include a laundry facility, a small shop stocking Calor gas and our own farm produce such as meat and fresh eggs.

Facilities at Twelve Oaks Farm include ample water taps, serviced pitches with 16 Amp electric hook-ups, luxury shower and toilet facilities with free hot water, disabled facilities, a dishwashing area and a tourist information centre. Pets are welcome and there's a heated swimming pool for guests to enjoy. Nearby attractions include opportunities for coarse fishing and the park welcomes rallies with designated spaces.

The park's setting in quiet rural surroundings ensures a peaceful environment with no main roads nearby, enhancing safety and offering a tranquil setting ideal for families. Its strategic location also provides easy access to a variety of local attractions and activities, ranging from zoological gardens and go-karting to beaches, shopping, adventure parks and scenic walks, promising an array of options for leisure and exploration.
