Skylark & Kingfisher - Sleeps 4

Both of these lodges have an airy living area featuring natural furnishings, including a sofa bed with optional mattress toppers, TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix and superfast WiFi. A dining snug seats four with plush cushions and a map-adorned wall, perfect for meals or enjoying Exmoor views. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave and coffee amenities. The double bedroom offers French linen bedding and views of natural foliage. Inside these larger lodges you will find an open-plan retreat, expansive picture windows frame stunning Exmoor views from the living area, furnished in natural materials with two sofa beds, an armchair, and entertainment options like Amazon and Netflix. The dining area, seating eight, opens onto a private terrace through French doors. The well-equipped kitchen boasts generous worktop space, a dishwasher, washer-dryer, full-sized fridge freezer, oven, grill, ceramic hob and microwave, overlooking a bird-filled hedgerow. Exmoor Teas, local coffee, olive oil and basic condiments are provided. A snug with soft cushions invites relaxation with a book or views of the changing Exmoor skies. Three bedrooms (two doubles with luxurious French linen bedding and one twin) provide serene retreats, one with Exmoor views and others overlooking hedgerows. Two tastefully decorated bathrooms feature plants and natural slate flooring, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bath and shower. High-quality towels, toilet paper, kitchen paper and eco-friendly cleaning products are included. All Cottages

We provide fleece blankets, bowls, and eco-friendly doggy bags for our four-legged guests. Our site features two EV chargers and ample parking, with all lodges easily accessible. A utility room offers laundry facilities and a lending library of books and games. Guests can also use the art room, except during scheduled art courses. All lodges feature beautiful gardens with barbecues and fire pits. There are well-maintained paths across our 11-acre fields, perfect for games, picnics, walking and even wild camping. Guests can hire barbecues, parasols, books, outdoor and indoor games, beach windbreaks and more. The entire site, including our 6-acre field with views over Exmoor, can be rented, creating an ideal venue for weddings and other special events.
