The Farm Office - Sleeps 5-7

The Farm Office, a historic 16th-century former farm office, has been beautifully converted into a single-storey luxury holiday home, perfect for families or friends escaping to the Devonshire countryside. With vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and centuries-old stonework, this two-bedroom home combines charm with modern comfort. The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy sitting space and bi-fold doors leading to a private courtyard with stunning views. The master bedroom boasts a super-king-size bed, an en-suite and French doors opening to the outdoors, while the second bedroom offers a super-king-size and single bed with a separate bathroom. Guests can enjoy eco-friendly toiletries, a hot tub, alfresco dining and a communal wash area for muddy boots or pets. The organically farmed estate reflects a commitment to sustainability, with ongoing tree planting and encouragement for recycling and mindful resource use.

Hayloft - Sleeps 6-9

The Hayloft, a beautifully converted 16th-century hay barn, offers a luxurious 3-bedroom holiday cottage. This charming property features original beams, quirky plastered stone walls and an abundance of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, also has a farmhouse table for dining. The spacious living area includes a large L-shaped sofa, bean bags and a TV for relaxation. The master bedroom, located downstairs, boasts a king-size bed with an en-suite, while upstairs offers two additional bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a double, both set among the rafters and serviced by a shower room. An additional small sofa bed is located on the landing. Outside, enjoy the enclosed courtyard with a hot tub, alfresco dining furniture and a barbecue. Eco-friendly toiletries are provided and guests are encouraged to recycle and use resources mindfully. The estate, organically farmed with ongoing tree planting, also offers a communal wash area for boots and pets, as well as fun show jumps for children. There is also ample parking available.
