The Coach House - Sleeps 4

The spacious entrance hall leads to an open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, including a double sink, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob. The adjoining dining space has a table and chairs, flowing into a sitting area with a sofa, two armchairs, a smart TV and patio doors opening onto the courtyard. Downstairs also features a large twin bedroom with two 3ft beds, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and seating. The beds can be arranged as singles or a super king double. A bathroom with a bath and shower over, vanity unit, WC and heated towel rail completes the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a landing, a spacious double bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and a shower room with a basin and WC. Beds are made with fresh linen and towels, soap and toiletries are provided.

The Doctor's Rooms - Sleeps 2

The spacious entrance hall provides plenty of room for coats and boots, leading into a well-equipped living space. The kitchen area includes a sink unit, fridge with a freezer compartment, cooker, microwave, ample storage cupboards and a dining table with chairs. The sitting area is furnished with comfortable chairs, a modern smart television and a selection of local interest books and maps. The double bedroom features a standard double bed, a wardrobe, drawer units and a built-in bookcase filled with a variety of books. The shower room is fitted with a spacious modern shower, basin and WC. The accommodation is centrally heated and includes a smart TV, kettle, toaster and a well-furnished sitting and dining area. Guests can enjoy reading books, games and books about the local area. The bed is made up with freshly laundered linen and personal towels, a hairdryer, soap and toilet rolls are provided.

Visiting the Area

The South West Coast Path is just 200 metres from the apartments, offering miles of stunning scenic walks. The newly completed wetlands along the River Otter Estuary provide a beautiful walk from Budleigh to Otterton, with a popular circular route ending at Otterton Mill, a perfect spot for lunch or tea. Recognised as an SSSI and managed by the Pebblebed Heaths Conservation Trust, the estuary is home to an increasing variety of saltmarsh birds, attracting new families to the area. Budleigh Salterton is known for its long pebble beach, ideal for a stroll, a swim, or trying out a paddleboard or canoe. The cycle path along the old railway line provides a safe route to Exmouth and Exeter, with regular buses also running from the town.
