The Lobster Pot is situated in Beesands, ideally located within the South Hams and just a short distance from Kingsbridge and Salcombe. This stylish, beachside holiday home is perfect for parties of up to eight people, with a maximum of seven adults or six adults and two children under sixteen, offering a luxurious seaside retreat.

From the spacious parking area, which can accommodate two to three cars, the main entrance door leads into a ground floor hallway. At this level, you will find a utility room complete with a purpose-built dog shower, a cloakroom and three of the bedrooms. Two similar en suite bedrooms with King-size beds both enjoy beautiful sea views and have access to the terrace and garden through sliding doors. One en suite features a shower, while the other includes a bath with a separate shower. The third bedroom is set up with a single bed and a pull-out trundle bed underneath, which can be used upon request and it has its own en suite shower room.

The first floor features a spacious, open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room that boasts lovely sea views. Glass doors open onto a large decked balcony with seating, perfect for enjoying the coastal scenery. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with a Silestone worktop, wine fridge and Neff appliances, while the living and dining areas are designed for maximum comfort.

The second floor is home to the master bedroom, which offers stunning sea views through 'picture' windows and a Juliet balcony. This room has a King-size bed and a fully tiled en suite bathroom with a bath.

From the doorstep, you can explore miles of the National Trust’s South West Coast Path or venture further afield to tourist hotspots such as Blackpool Sands.
