The Barns

Barn 1 - Accommodating up to six guests across three bedrooms, Barn 1 is perfect for family or group stays. The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and comfortable seating centred around a cosy log burner. Upstairs, the luxurious master suite includes a king-size bed, a walk-in shower and a separate bath. There’s also a twin bedroom with its own en-suite shower, plus a ground-floor bedroom and shower room ideal for guests with accessibility needs. Wide double doors lead onto a private deck and shared garden with panoramic views. Guests benefit from underfloor heating, modern kitchen amenities like a dishwasher and fridge/freezer, private parking with EV charging and fast Starlink WiFi. Accessible ramp entry ensures easy arrival.

Barn 2 - Ideal for up to five adults or a small family, Barn 2 offers two bedrooms and a sofa bed. The spacious open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining and sitting space with a log burner and direct access to decking and shared garden. There are two bedrooms, an upstairs master suite with large walk-in shower ensuite and a second bedroom with a double and single bed. With its stylish fixtures, modern amenities, private parking with EV car charging and access to the shared garden with stunning views, Barn 2 perfectly balances comfort and countryside charm.

Barn 3 - A romantic retreat for two (with space for an extra guest), Barn 3 features a bedroom with a king-size bed and a guest bed in the master suite. The open-plan living space is centred around a warming log burner and flows out to a private deck and the shared garden. Guests enjoy uninterrupted countryside views, modern kitchen facilities, underfloor heating, Starlink WiFi and parking with EV charging. The compact yet luxuriously presented barn provides a restful base for couples or solo travellers seeking relaxation in the East Devon countryside.

The Stable Cottage

This is a renovated stone barn that was once used for threshing corn and later housed working horses. It has been thoughtfully transformed into a spacious and comfortable three-bedroom cottage, full of character with oak beams throughout. The cottage features its own private garden and also has shared access to the large farmhouse garden, providing plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. Inside, the property includes an open-plan lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast room, a utility room with a dishwasher and washing machine and there is a downstairs toilet. The three bedrooms include a double with an en-suite shower and bathroom, a generous twin room and a bunk room with full-sized single beds. There is also a separate family bathroom, making it a perfect retreat for families or groups looking for a peaceful countryside escape.

On The Farm

In addition to the accommodation, we also have an on-site riding school run by a friendly and experienced team of instructors. Whether you're new to horse riding or an experienced rider, we offer lessons tailored to suit all levels. Sessions take place in either our indoor school or outdoor menage, providing a safe and supportive environment. Beginners can learn the basics of sitting correctly and gaining control, while more advanced riders can focus on refining their flatwork or jumping skills.

Guests are welcome to get involved with life on the farm, including helping out with our animals and spending time in the dedicated petting area. From gentle sheep roaming the fields to curious goats always on the lookout for attention, our animals bring charm and character to the farm. Whether you're feeding them, giving them a gentle brush, or just enjoying their playful behaviour from the comfort of your cottage, it’s a hands-on, heartwarming experience for both children and adults.
