Situated on the edge of Stoneleigh Holiday Park, Sandways is a brick-built bungalow that sleeps up to four people, comfortably accommodating both adults and children. It offers a peaceful setting where you can relax and leave the stresses of everyday life behind. With full double glazing to ensure quiet and restful nights, the tranquil rural location further enhances the calm atmosphere. Sandways also enjoys views of grazing donkeys in the nearby fields of the Donkey Sanctuary. The surrounding area is perfect for wildlife enthusiasts and walkers, located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and just a short drive from the Jurassic Coast.

The open-plan lounge and dining area provides a comfortable space to relax, with a sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview, a DVD player and a radio, along with an electric heater and carpeted flooring. A double-leaf dining table with folding chairs allows you to enjoy meals together. For entertainment during your stay, especially on rainy days, there is also a selection of games, books, puzzles and films available.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need while away from home, including an electric cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box, toaster, and a full range of crockery and cutlery. The kitchen has laminate flooring for a clean and practical finish.

The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with handrails to ensure accessibility for all guests. It also includes laminate flooring and a heated towel rail, providing warm towels and a convenient place to dry swimming costumes.

The master bedroom benefits from an east-facing window, allowing the morning sun to gently brighten the room while still keeping it cool for a comfortable night's sleep. It features a double bed, a full wardrobe, a chest of drawers with a large mirror, and two bedside cabinets. The twin bedroom includes two single beds separated by a bedside cabinet, along with a wardrobe and shelving. For families with young children, a cot side is available for one of the beds to help ensure a safe night’s sleep.

Electricity is operated via a £1 and £2 coin meter, and an immersion heater provides plenty of hot water. Adjustable electric heaters are installed in each room for comfort. Bed linen is provided to make your arrival easy and hassle free, although towels are not supplied. A hairdryer is available and patio furniture is provided so you can sit outside and enjoy the sunshine.

Weston, near Sidmouth in Devon, is perfectly placed for exploring some of the most beautiful parts of the East Devon countryside and coastline. Just a short drive away, Sidmouth offers a charming seaside town experience with its Regency architecture, pebble beach, independent shops and cafés along the Esplanade. The area forms part of the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where visitors can enjoy scenic coastal walks, fossil hunting and dramatic cliff views. Nearby, the Donkey Sanctuary provides a family-friendly day out, with walking trails, gardens and the chance to see hundreds of rescued donkeys. Nature lovers can also explore the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with miles of countryside footpaths, rolling hills and picturesque villages such as Branscombe and Beer.
