We are the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life, set in a scenic countryside setting. Behind the properties are lush fields, where there is a fishing pond solely for guests’ use, stocked with carp, bream, and tench. Both properties have outdoor seating for al fresco dining when the sun is shining. Each holiday home also has a range of excellent facilities: fluffy towels, adults' robes, toiletries, 50" smart TVs with Netflix, wifi, Amazon Echoes (Alexa), and dozens of DVDs and books.

Nearby Cullompton has takeaways, restaurants, pubs, and a supermarket. There are also country pubs nearby which serve excellent food. Exeter is only 30 minutes away, as are Tiverton and Sidmouth. The surfing beaches of north Devon are about an hour away, there are National Trust properties nearby, and the Eden Project can be reached in about two hours.

Honeysuckle:

This wonderful 19th Century converted barn offers exposed beams and lots of original features whilst offering modern accommodation. Inside there a double room with a bath, a double day bed in the lounge and a separate shower room with WC.

A spacious kitchen/dining/lounge area will suit all your needs and a large heated conservatory with an enclosed veranda, perfect for unwinding in. The well-equipped oak kitchen has a cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, together with the usual kitchen ancillaries and Portmeiron china.

Rose:

Our fabulous 19th Century Victorian farmhouse has lots of original features and is beautifully furnished throughout. Inside there are 3 bedrooms: including 2 doubles (one en suite) and a twin, plus a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a lounge with comfortable sofas, downstairs cloakroom/wc, and a laundry.

Rustle up a storm in the bespoke kitchen that includes a large Rangemaster cooker, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, together with the usual kitchen ancillaries and Portmeiron china. A light-filled conservatory/garden room leading from the kitchen offers spacious dining and lounging areas. In the summer house there is a snooker table for guests’ use.
