We have a fabulous array of accommodation and boast outstanding facilities, including both heated and indoor swimming pools, outdoor hot tubs, acres of private woodland and private fishing. Beaconside truly is a haven for relaxation and tranquillity, ideal for family gatherings, special celebrations, reunions, social dinners, games nights and pool parties.

Beaconside House: Our majestic Victorian house is set in the walled gardens and sleeps up to 19 people in beautiful bedrooms. The property retains many attractive features, including original architecture, high cornice ceilings, a large open fireplace and original tiled floors, whilst offering high-quality combination.

Baytree Cottage: This charming cottage sleeps up to 2 people and is perfect for a romantic break. The recently refurbished cottage has a quirky, exposed well with a glass top and is tastefully furnished throughout.

Goodison Cottage: Our wonderful cottage is brimming with character and its open plan living space offers a calm and relaxed feel. A wood burner will keep you toasty and the kitchen is fully-equipped. French doors open onto a private patio with dining furniture and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining over a few glasses of wine in the afternoon sun. In total, there are 3 bedrooms, including one en suite and a family bathroom.

Stackstead Cottage: This spacious property sleeps up to 5 people in two en suite bedrooms, great for a family or groups of friends. The cottage is arranged over two floors and comes with a stylish open plan space to unwind in.

The Lodge: Our large property sleeps up to 6 people and is all on one level, making it suitable for people with disabilities. One of the double rooms comes with an en suite wet room and you can relax in the cosy sitting room which includes a roaring wood burner. The enclosed patio comes with a wonderful hot tub to soak yourself in and an integral door into the indoor swimming pool.

Glamping Cabins: You can enjoy a magical experience in our stunning and unique glamping cabins. Tucked away in our ancient Annery woodlands, featured in ‘Tarka the Otter’, our 9 cabins offer an unforgettable getaway. All the cabins are individually styled, blending scandi and boutique interiors. Each cabin enjoys pure luxury: a lavish king-size bed, en suite shower room, kitchen, bistro table and new sofas. On a clear night, gather around the firepit while gazing at the starry night sky.

We are only a 10-minute drive from the gorgeous, sandy beaches of Instow and Westward Ho! You are spoilt for choice with attractions to see, include Dartington Crystal, The Milky Way theme park and The Big Sheep.
