Our Grade II listed self-catering holiday cottages are situated in a secluded area free from noise pollution, they are located in the picturesque Axe Valley on the South Devon coast, between the resorts of Sidmouth and Lyme Regis. This area is part of the World Heritage Coastline and is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Our holiday cottages offer stunning views of green fields and the serenity of tranquil woodland walks. Enjoy farm tours, nature trails and picnic sites where you might encounter farm animals such as ewes and their lambs grazing peacefully. Guests are welcome to participate in farm activities, including haymaking and feeding animals like newly born lambs.

Your four holiday homes are designed to make your stay a memorable one with a range of special features. Enjoy the luxury of four-poster beds and en-suite bathrooms, with Jacuzzis available in Brandy's and Ashley's cottages. Additional comforts include heated towel rails, woodburning stoves (with logs available), and underfloor heating. Each home provides ample parking, TVs in the lounge and bedrooms, free wireless internet access and DVD players.

For your convenience, the cottages are equipped with an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave oven, fridge freezer and a dishwasher. Duvets with linen and towels are provided, and a highchair, cot, and stair gate are available upon request. The private patio and garden, complete with a water fountain, offer a perfect spot for relaxation, while the barbecue facilities make for enjoyable outdoor dining. Sustainable features include solar panels supplying free electricity when the sun shines and a 100kw biomass heating system. Subtle control allows for atmospheric room lighting. Children will love the activity area, and the double glazing ensures a comfortable stay.
