Monkswell Park Cottage & Monkswell Park Garden Rooms offer self catering accommodation located in the seaside town of Torquay in Devon. The self catering accommodation is located in the English Riviera that stretches along twenty two miles of coastline.

Monkswell Park Cottage sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite shower room, a twin bedroom and the third room has bunk beds. There is a family bathroom for the two rooms without an en suite to share. There is also a downstairs cloakroom/utility room that has a washing machine.

The kitchen in the holiday cottage is fully equipped offering an electric cooker, hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and ironing facilities. The lounge has a TV, CD player, sea views and comfortable seating. French doors lead into the private courtyard where there is garden furniture.

Monkswell Park Garden Rooms offers two bedrooms, one double room and one twin bedded room. The rooms share the use of a family bathroom where there is underfloor heating. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a microwave. The lounge has a widescreen TV, DVD player, CD player and sea views. There are double doors that lead to a secluded patio area where there is garden furniture.

The local area offers a range of attractions and activities including walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, surfing and many opportunities for water sports. Of course there are also many beaches in Devon where you can relax and explore rock pools.

There are many great places to visit for days out including Paignton Zoo, Quaywest Water Park and Paignton Steam Railway.
