Situated in the heartland of Devon, Newhouse Farm is perfect for exploring the north and South Devon coastal regions and Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks.

Cedar Cottage: Sleeps 2 in 1 king bedroom with en suite bathroom. It has an open plan kitchen/dining/living room and is perfect for people who are looking for a quiet, relaxing break.

Larch Cottage: This is an airy, appealing family cottage which sleeps 4 in 1 king and 1 twin bedroom. The spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living room has a wood burning stove.

Rowan Cottage: Sleeps 6 in 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. Rowan has a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area with open plan living room with wood burning stove.

Oak Cottage: This wonderfully cosy cottage sleeps 2 in a king bedroom. It has an en suite bathroom and open plan dining/living room with separate kitchen.

Willow Cottage: Sleeps 6 in 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. Willow is a well designed "upside down" cottage which makes the most of the beautiful views that surround it. Built into the hillside and overlooking the courtyard it is ideal for larger families and 6 people will feel very comfortable here.

Beech Cottage: Sleeps 4 in 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. With big windows overlooking the courtyard, fields and nearby coppice. Beech Cottage is bright and sunny with plenty of space.

Elm Barn: A superb and extremely spacious property, Elm Barn sleeps 11 in 5 bedrooms - 2 king, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 family room (double and twin bed). Elm has a wood burning stove; Sky TV (including movies and sports channels); and 11 people will be assured of comfort in this bright and well equipped converted barn.

Trotters: Trotters is a beautifully appointed and extremely private, detached cottage offering light and airy accommodation for 6 people in 3 bedrooms - 1 king, 1 twin and 1 double. It has a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area and a separate lounge with wood burning stove and Sky TV (including movies and sports channels). Trotters overlooks the orchard and has stunning panoramic views.

The Linhay: This stunning south facing detached barn is situated in its own 5 acre field with views towards the parish church. Its location across the lane from the main complex of cottages offers guests unrivalled privacy and seclusion. The Linhay comfortably sleeps 6 people in 1 king and 2 twin bedrooms. It has a large lounge/dining room with wood burning stove and Sky TV (movies and sports channels), central heating, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer & 3 wet rooms with power showers (2 en suite). The Linhay has been designed for full accessibility making it an ideal choice for wheelchair users.
