All six outstanding cottages are individually furnished to an exceptionally high standard and come with a range of facilities to suit all your needs. Each cottage is brimming with character and charm, featuring high-quality carpets, stylish four poster and half tester beds, open fires and toasty log burners. Each cottage enjoys delightful views and is ideal for a quintessential English country getaway.

Lakeside Cottage - Sleeps 2: This cosy cottage boasts stunning views of the lake and garden. The cottage includes an open plan kitchen and lounge with exposed beams, stone walls and a four-poster bed with en suite facilities.

Waterfall Cottage - Sleeps 2: Our beautifully appointed cottage has a large lounge with an oak-beamed ceiling, oak-panelled walls with a gorgeous stone Minster style fireplace, oak kitchen and en suite four poster room.

Courtyard Cottage - Sleeps 4: This fabulous cottage enjoys glorious views of the lake and comes with a lounge/diner with exposed beams, a leather Chesterfield settee and an electric log burner style fire. The spacious kitchen comes with oak units and two bedrooms are available: a double room and a twin room. Both rooms share a bathroom.

Mill Cottage - Sleeps 6: Originally part of the mill, this cottage has a huge oak beamed ceiling in the lounge/dining room and overlooks the lake and landscaped gardens. Unwind on the Chesterfield settee in front of the toasty log burner. Bedrooms consist of a four poster en suite, a double and twin room. A bathroom is also available.

Dairy Cottage – Sleeps 3: Once the Dairy, this cottage enjoys magical views over the lake and lily bed. The lounge has a gorgeous oak beamed ceiling, exposed walls and a brick inglenook fire place. Upstairs there is a four poster bedroom and single coronet bedroom and bathroom.

Excellent onsite facilities include an outdoor hot tub, outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, outdoor play area and tree house with a climbing wall and zip wire.

Malston Mill is a fantastic fishing venue with a one-acre lake stocked with large specimen carp, roach and rudd. Fishing is exclusive to guests staying in the cottages. You can also enjoy strolling around the wonderful, landscaped gardens in this parkland setting. From terraces and mixed borders to tropical palms and bananas, the setting is a true haven.
