Littlecourt Cottages are a delightful complex of five luxury holiday cottages forming part of a historic Regency house built in 1802 for the Duke and Duchess of St. Albans. It is situated a few minutes walk from the sea front and town centre.

The Coach House:

This holiday cottage can sleep 4 people in a double and super king/twin bedroom. There is a comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen/dining area. Outside is a private decking area.

Hemphaye:

This is a 17th Century property that can sleep 6 people in 2 twins and a double. The entrance hall leads into the lounge which leads into a beautiful lantern conservatory dining room and a fully fitted kitchen.

Cherry Tree:

This one bedroom ground floor property has a large living room, well equipped kitchen and dining room.

Courthaye:

Courthaye can sleep 4 people in 2 en suite twin bedrooms. It has a living room, fully fitted kitchen and a separate dining room. Outside is a seating area.

Magnolia:

Built originally as a Victorian addition to Littlecourt this property can sleep 6 in a twin and 2 double bedrooms. One of the twins has an en suite shower cubicle and is on the ground floor. There is a large living room, kitchen and dining room.

The garden is set out into different rooms and packed with rare and unusual plants, a plant persons paradise. It has also featured on the BBC ‘Open Gardens’.

Sidmouth’s attraction lies not only in the unspoilt and less commercialised town, but also in the natural beauty of the coastline, countryside and the gardens which more than once have earned it the ‘Britain in Bloom’ award. The area is one of Britain’s loveliest, for relaxing in, walking around the town, or touring more extensively in the West Country.

The Littlecourt is a haven of peace and tranquillity and is enviably situated in close proximity to the pebble beaches, the Esplanade, shops, theatre, cinema, gardens, putting, croquet and bowling greens, golf course, cricket field, tennis courts and indoor heated swimming pool. There are many excellent restaurants, tea rooms and pubs within walking distance of the cottages. For the more adventurous, there are numerous eating places within a 12 mile radius.
