West Titchberry Farm, a family-run farm that has been in the Heard family for three generations, offers bed and breakfast accommodation at Hartland Point near Bideford in North Devon. The working farm, which keeps sheep and beef animals, provides guests with a welcoming countryside experience and is conveniently located just seven miles from the picturesque village of Clovelly.

On arrival, guests are welcomed with a hot drink and homemade cake before settling into one of our three well-appointed rooms, each overlooking a tranquil walled garden that provides the perfect spot to unwind after a long walk or a busy day sightseeing. All rooms are thoughtfully equipped with a flat-screen TV, hot drinks tray, hairdryer and heater to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

After a refreshing sleep, our speciality is hearty home-cooked breakfasts, plus homemade jams and honey produced on the farm. If you prefer, a lighter continental breakfast is available.
