A 20 minute drive from Brixham will take you to the edge of Dartmoor, where many lovely water-falls, beautiful scenery and country walks can be enjoyed. Explore this wild and beautiful Moorland, where the famous Dartmoor Ponies roam at liberty amongst the rocky crags, yellow gorse and heather. Dartmouth is also within a couple of miles drive, being the location of the famous Britannia Royal Naval College, which has trained some members of our Royal Family. Drive to Kingswear, then cross the ferry either by car or passenger ferry to Dartmouth at the other side of the river.
