Situated in the glorious valley of Meavy in the Dartmoor National Park, our Devonshire guesthouse house truly is the perfect place to escape to from the pressures of modern life.

Our wonderful guesthouse is in a secluded, peaceful and rural setting, making us the ideal destination to relax and unwind in. We offer comfortable accommodation in 2 en suite bedrooms. Each is south-facing and has extensive views of the glorious open fields and Callisham Tor. The rooms consist of a double and a double which can be let as a single. The rooms include tea/coffee trays and TVs.

We boast a charming guesthouse lounge which is perfect for relaxing in after a busy day exploring the local area. The lounge has a flagstone floor and an inglenook fireplace with a large wood burning stove, creating an elegant and warm atmosphere.

We serve a delicious breakfast to create the perfect start to the day. Breakfast includes a full English using the best local produce and we provide for vegetarians and special diets on request.

The family-run hill farm is surrounded by excellent walking country. It is also an ideal centre for fishing, golfing, cycling and touring the beautiful coasts of Devon and Cornwall. The historic port of Plymouth is 12 miles away to the south and the ancient stannary town of Tavistock 7 miles to the north. Plymouth has good transport links, mainline railway station, bus station (including national travel), connection to the motorway system via the A38 and M5, plus a ferry link to France and Spain.
