Westover Farm Cottages is a member of Visit England and provides four star self catering holiday accommodation. We are situated in the quiet rural village of Wootton Fitzpaine in Bridport, West Dorset and are 1½ miles from the Jurassic coast at Charmouth and just 2 miles from the Devon border.

Historic Lyme Regis, famous for its Cobb and ancient harbour is only 3 miles away.

Barn Cottage - Sleeps 7

The cottage boasts a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with a Smart Digital TV, DVD player and strong WiFi. It combines rustic charm with oak beams, a wood-burning stove and modern comforts. The kitchen is newly refitted and fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, washer dryer and dishwasher. Initial supplies including cleaning essentials, toiletries and kitchen basics are provided. On the ground floor, there's a twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room. Upstairs, there are a double bedroom with a single sofa bed and a triple bedroom, along with a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included. The fenced private garden features a patio with furniture and a built-in barbecue, offering views of Marshwood Vale.

Cider Cottage - Sleeps 6

The cottage features a spacious open-plan dining, lounge and kitchen area with a Smart Digital TV, DVD player and WiFi. It offers a rural atmosphere with a log burner. The newly refitted kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, washer dryer and dishwasher. Initial supplies including cleaning essentials, toiletries and kitchen basics are provided. On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom and a shower room with WC and basin. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and TV and a bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom upstairs has a bath with a shower over it, along with a basin and WC. Bed linen and towels are included. The fenced and secure private garden features a patio area with furniture and a built-in barbecue. Guests can enjoy views of Marshwood Vale from the raised garden area next to the cottages.

There is a large garden shed (shared with your neighbour). It contains equipment for pets and also provides a storage area for the use of guests, eg bicycles. Views of the Marshwood Vale, from the raised garden area. There is ample parking for 3 cars. Barn and Cider cottages also share an games room with pool table and table tennis table.

We are only a half hour walk to Charmouth beach and 3 miles from Lyme Regis. There's an abundance of activities to enjoy in the local area, from fossil hunting on scenic beaches and walks along stunning coastlines to theme parks, tree-top adventure courses and more.
