The Old Coach House and Orchard End offers outstanding self catering accommodation in Hooke, near Beaminster. Our cottages in Dorset are ideal for a relaxing and comfortable break away.

The Old Coach House is a typical Dorset cottage, built of stone which makes it cool in the summer and cosy in the colder months. Traditional features such as the living room wood burner sit side by side with modern additions, like oil fired central heating, the LCD television, wireless broadband connection and the contemporary, well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Up to eight or nine people can be accommodated in the self catering cottage's four comfortable bedrooms (two with televisions), and both the sun room and back garden are great places to enjoy the weather and the surrounding countryside views.

The kitchen and adjacent utility room are equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and electric cooker. One of the four bedrooms is located on the ground floor, and one bathroom features a walk-in shower, making life easier for people with mobility difficulties. The Old Coach House has been awarded four stars by the English Tourist Board.

Orchard End can accommodate up to eight people in the four comfortable bedrooms (two with televisions) and has two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a walk in shower suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Other conveniences include a well equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave, and there is also a small utility room containing a washing machine and tumble dryer.

An LCD television, DVD player and wireless internet connection are also part of the inventory. The bungalow is situated conveniently for all routes out of the village and has parking for up to three vehicles.
