Bella Vista offers guest house accommodation in Swanage. Our Victorian village in Dorset boasts glorious sea views across Swanage Bay and towards the Isle of Wight. A short path alongside the property leads directly to North Beach, perfect for a coastal getaway.

Our guest house comes with 6 elegant bedrooms, complete with modern en suite facilities. Each room is beautifully furnished and comes with a TV, hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities.

Two of the double rooms and a family room enjoy stunning views over the beach and sea. The ground floor bedroom can be made as a double or twin. Two further rooms are available, a large triple and a double room. The former looks over the tree lined street.

You can enjoy a delicious breakfast before a day on the beach. The breakfast room enjoys spectacular views over the garden, sea and the Isle of Wight, the perfect way to wake up after a restful night’s sleep. We offer a light breakfast or a hearty full English, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Where possible, we use local produce.

Bella Vista Retreats offer a range of workshops to feel rejuvenated and reenergised. The workshops encompass a holistic theme, offering meditation, times of silence, communion in nature, one to one coaching and relaxing body therapy.

Swanage is situated on the Isle of Purbeck, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with so much scenery to see. The Purbeck Hills are perfect for walkers, while the Jurassic Coast is the best way to admire the scenic Devon coastline. Nestled at the end of our road is the Dorset Coastal Path which takes you to Old Harry Rock and offers magnificent views. Attractions tot visit in the area include:
