The Old Milking Parlour is situated on Knapp Farm, located in the heart of the stunning Dorset countryside. Knapp Farm is a stud farm specialising in the breeding of champion PRE (Spanish) Horses. If you visit us in the spring, you'll likely catch a glimpse of some adorable foals. The farm is also home to sheep, chickens and alpacas.

The cottage itself is a charming stone building that was once part of the old milking parlour. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom equipped with a toilet, sink and bath. Downstairs, the accommodation features a large open-plan living area, complete with a sofa bed that can sleep two. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, combi-oven, washer-dryer and dishwasher. The ground floor benefits from underfloor heating and French windows that offer views of the farm and gardens. There is also side access to a lovely shared outdoor seating area. Outside, there is a garden, though it is not enclosed.

Additionally, we offer bike hire and livery services if you wish to bring your horse.
