Horizon Sea View Suite is located on the second floor, offers stunning vistas of Weymouth Bay and the Jurassic Coast towards the Purbeck Hills and St Adhelm's Head. Guests can also enjoy views of Weymouth Harbour, the Stone Pier, Nothe Fort and Portland Harbour from this vantage point. A small terrace at the front provides chairs and tables for guests to relax and take in the sea views.

Entering through a private door from the stairwell, guests step into a small hallway with access to two rooms. The larger room spans the full width of the building, featuring two large sash windows that offer panoramic views of Weymouth Bay. This room is divided into three sections: a sleeping area with a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and clothes hanging space; an ensuite shower room with toilet, basin and shower; and a kitchen area equipped with a sink, wall units stocked with glasses, cutlery and crockery, a generous fridge with a small freezer compartment, a microwave and a kettle. The smaller room, although without a sea view, offers a comfortable ensuite bedroom experience. It retains its original late Georgian fireplace and includes a double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, clothes hanging space, a 32" TV and an ensuite toilet/shower room.

The property's location on Brunswick Terrace provides direct access to the beach which is about 10 meters away. The beach itself transitions from shingle to sand as the tide recedes, with Weymouth Bay known for its safe swimming conditions due to its gently shelving sand and lack of strong currents, making it suitable for children.

Weymouth is a vibrant small town with numerous attractions for visitors. The soft sandy beach and gently shelving shoreline are ideal for families. The harbour area offers shops, pubs and restaurants, creating popular gathering spots. Happily situated in the quieter part of Weymouth, the suite is within a 10-minute walk to the town centre, where shops, restaurants and amusements abound. Guests can stroll safely along the Esplanade outside the property towards Weymouth centre or in the opposite direction towards Greenhill and Bowleaze Cove.
