On the ground floor, the cottage features a lounge/diner with sea views, a reception room, a fully equipped kitchen, a cloakroom, laundry facilities and a garden room.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: a twin bedroom with an east-facing window offering views over the sea towards Purbeck, a double bedroom with uninterrupted south-facing views over Freshwater Bay and the English Channel, and a master bedroom also with uninterrupted south-facing sea views and an ensuite shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with ample storage, Smart TV's, dressing areas, mirrors and radio alarm clocks. The cottage includes two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one ensuite shower room, both finished to a high standard.

Outside, there is a pleasant walled side and rear garden with patio areas, lawn,and planting, along with a hot tub for guests to enjoy.

Located in a quiet area, amenities and shops are conveniently close in Easton and a short 20-minute drive will take you to Weymouth town centre.
