The Rosscourt is located just a short walk to the beautiful Sandy Beach of Boscombe Spa and Bournemouth, whilst only 200 yards from the shops and gardens. We are perfect for a relaxing break away.

We offer a range of beautifully furnished rooms to choose from; single, twin, double, premier and premier super king rooms. All the rooms in the Rosscourt are clean, comfortable and well equipped with a Freeview Flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi and en suite facilities. Our premier super king room also comes with a lovely seating area. We only take adults to ensure you enjoy a quiet stay in our guest house. For those of you who find stairs a problem, we have a ground floor bedroom.

We have a bright and airy guest lounge to unwind in.

We serve a delicious breakfast for an additional cost between 8am and 9am. If you require an earlier breakfast please asked and we will try to oblige.

Golfers, cyclists, water sports enthusiasts we can store your equipment safely and securely. We have wash off facilities in the rear of the house. Motorcyclists are welcome.

We are within walking distance to the O2 academy Bournemouth. Just 5 minutes in the car will take you to The Bournemouth International Centre, home to conferences, exhibitions' shows and pop concerts. We are the perfect base to explore a range of attractions in the local area:
