The farmhouse is based on a working farm with cattle, sheep and cereal crops and is great for guests looking for a countryside getaway by the sea.

The 2-storey house is beautifully furnished and outside there is a spacious wrap around garden to relax in and enjoy the weather from all angles.

The property sleeps up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a small en suite shower room. A twin room comes with 2 single beds and a velux window. The third bedroom has a single bed and enjoys garden views. The upstairs family bathroom has an overbath electric shower, and the third bathroom which is downstairs is a wet room / shower room.

There are 2 sitting rooms to enjoy with the front sitting room having a TV and a multi-fuel-burning stove and sea views, with the second sitting room enjoys garden views with a TV and DVD player. The conservatory has unbeatable breathtaking views over farmland, Balcary Bay, the Galloway Hills. and the Lake District beyond.

The kitchen diner includes 2 double ovens (one gas and one electric), a microwave and an American fridge freezer, along with dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. There is a separate dining room, and separate laundry room too.
