The ground floor features a cosy sitting room complete with a log-burning stove, a spacious kitchen-dining room, a sunroom offering delightful views, a bathroom with toilet facilities, a utility room and a hallway.

Upstairs, the accommodation includes a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a seating area and satellite TV. Adjacent are two smaller bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Additionally, there is a second bathroom equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. For families with young children, a cot and high-chair are provided.

Throughout the house, oil central heating ensures comfort, complemented by upgraded fast fibre internet, facilitating streaming video both on the TV in the sitting room and via Wi-Fi. The sitting room also features a wood-burning stove for added warmth, alongside radiators and a coal-effect electric fire. A selection of books and a chest of games cater to leisurely pursuits indoors.

Outside, the expansive three-quarter acre garden offers a serene setting for relaxation, barbecue evenings, or even a game of croquet.
