The kitchen comes with a range of appliances to suit all your needs. The spacious living room is beautifully furnished and comes with comfy seating, a feature fireplace and a TV. You can enjoy views over St Cuthbert's Church grounds.

The house has two bathrooms and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a bath, wash hand basin and shaver point. On the middle floor is a further room with an electric shower, toilet and wash-hand basin. There is also a separate toilet and wash-hand basin on the middle floor.
