Our 3 wonderful stone cottages sit in a brilliant location, adjacent to the Blackaddie Country House Hotel. The cottages are all beautifully furnished and come with everything you need for a memorable getaway in a picturesque location.

River Cottage – Sleeps 3: This charming cottage is closet to the river, based in a gorgeous, elevated position. The cottage comes with a cosy lounge including a smart TV and comfy seating. This is a great spot to relax with a coffee whilst savouring the views. Rustle up some delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances including an electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge. The spacious en suite bedroom comes with either a double or twin. Outside there is a table and chairs for al fresco dining whilst admiring the setting.

Fishing Cottage – Sleeps 4: Our superb cottage is near John Kerr Pool, a salmon pool just 100 meters up river. The cosy cottage comes with a delightful open plan kitchen/living area to suit all your needs. Unwind in the living area which includes comfy seating and a smart TV. Enjoy some home-cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen that includes an electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge. The large bedrooms can be made as a double and a twin or 2 twins. Outside there is a table and chairs, offering a lovely spot for a coffee in the morning sun.

Waterside Cottage – Sleeps 4: This delightful cottage enjoys gorgeous views over the salmon pool and offers spacious accommodation. Unwind in the relaxing sitting/dining room that a TV and seating. Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen that includes an electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge. Bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, or twin twins or two doubles. Enjoy a glass of bubbly in the garden when the sun is shining.

We are in an amazing location for exploring the area. Nearby is the Southern Upland Way, providing an ideal base for walking, bird watching, salmon and trout fishing and golfing. We are adjacent to the Blackaddie Hotel, offering a fabulous bar, superb food and glorious gardens. A public pool and golf course are just 500 yards from the property.
