Knockinaam House is a spacious self catering property set in a stunning position nestled in the lee of Knockinaam Wood. The picturesque village of Portpatrick is only a 10 minute drive away. This is the ideal base for exploring Stranraer, Dumfries and the Southern Upland Way.

The house comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, with a minimum occupancy of two. During the quieter months, we offer a special couples discount. The accommodation includes three double bedrooms, one of which features a king-sized bed and en-suite shower room and one twin bedroom, making it ideal for families or groups.

You'll find a cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer, along with a full range of tableware, cutlery and kitchen utensils to make preparing meals simple and enjoyable.

Step through the French doors from the dining hall to a paved seating area, perfect for al fresco dining. Surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the coastal countryside, it's an ideal spot to unwind with your favourite drink, watch the sunset, or observe the local wildlife in its natural habitat.
