Mid-Lodge - Sleeps 7

Mid Lodge offers spacious family holiday accommodation within the prestigious grounds of Penninghame House, ensuring privacy for relaxation and rejuvenation. A brief stroll from Penninghame House leads to tranquil riverside walks along the Cree. The luxurious amenities include a generously sized conservatory sitting room with a dining area, complemented by a large patio featuring a BBQ for alfresco dining. There are four bedrooms which are elegantly furnished to a high standard - a double bedroom with en-suite shower, twin bedroom with en-suite shower and then a further twin bedroom and a single bedroom, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable escape from the bustle of everyday life.

Gardeners Cottage - Sleeps 4

This delightful traditional Galloway dwelling attached to the walled garden, provides a luxurious and spacious holiday retreat for families within the grounds of Penninghame Estate. The cottage features two ground floor single bedrooms, along with a sitting room that includes a dining area overlooking the walled garden. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom. Modernised for comfort while preserving its original charm, the cottage offers a perfect blend of historic character and contemporary accommodation.

West Lodge - Sleeps 10

This is a charming detached holiday cottage designed to offer luxurious and spacious accommodation for families and groups, set within the Penninghame Estate. The lodge features two ground floor bedrooms, along with a cosy sitting room and dining room, both comfortably seating 8 guests. Additional seating and a TV on the first floor landing provide extra space for relaxation. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom with views of the grounds, a family bathroom with an over-bath shower, WC and wash basin, as well as an additional separate WC and wash basin. Two twin bedrooms with low beds complete the upper level. Modernised to ensure comfort while preserving its original character, West Lodge is the ideal retreat for a memorable holiday.

Bruce Apartment - Sleeps 5

The luxurious first-floor accommodation is accessed via a flight of sandstone steps leading to the entrance. The Stewart Rooms features a spacious sitting room where everyone can unwind together after exploring the stunning Galloway Forest Park. On the ground floor, access is through a shared entrance, while the first floor offers a sitting room with a dining area, a well-appointed kitchen, a family bathroom with an over-bath shower, a separate shower room, an inner landing, a king-size bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two triple bedrooms with additional seating areas.

Wallace Apartment - Sleeps 5

The apartment, situated within the former stable block of Penninghame House, offers luxurious first-floor accommodation accessed via a flight of sandstone steps to the entrance. The spacious kitchen with a dining area is fully equipped, providing a perfect setting for meals. A comfortable sitting room invites relaxation after a day spent exploring Galloway Forest Park and the local surroundings. The first-floor layout includes a hallway, a sitting room, a kitchen with dining area, a king-size bedroom with an ensuite shower room, three single bedrooms and two additional shower rooms, accommodating up to five guests in total comfort.
