The Barn Lunedale offers self catering accommodation in Low Selset near Middleton-in-Teesdale. Nestled in the countryside in Durham, we are ideal for a memorable rural retreat.

The barn boasts many original features, including exposed beams, authentic stonework and a floor to ceiling window which enjoys views of the North Pennine hills.

A well equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances, perfect for creating a delicious meal or two. There is a round dining table which seats up to 4 people. A spacious living area comes with Freesat TV, a DVD player and an electric fire. On the mezzanine floor there is seating area. A lovely place to relax with a good book.

Two bedrooms are available. One the ground floor there is a double bed with a memory foam mattress. Upstairs there is a twin room with twin beds and electric blankets. Off the mezzanine area there is a full suite with an electric shower over the bath.

Outside there is a patio/garden area with a picnic table. A great place for a morning coffee whilst savouring views across the meadow to the Grassholme Reservoir Nature Reserve. The garden is fully fenced, ideal for four legged visitors.
