Snaisgill Farm Cottage provides delightful self catering accommodation on a 26-acre working farm just 1 mile from Middleton-in-Teesdale. We are close the bustling market town of Barnard Castle and great for couples or a family looking for a relaxing holiday destination.

Our small cottage adjoins the owner's farmhouse and sleeps up to 3 people. The cottage is tastefully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with a range of appliances for cooking up a feast.

The comfortable beds are made up ready for your arrival and all linen is provided. Outside there is a lovely garden/patio area, great for alfresco dining in the afternoon sun.

We have undercover parking available on site for 4 cars.

This part of the country has an abundance of green countryside to enjoy, a haven for walkers and cyclists. The nearby ancient market town of Barnard Castle is perfect for shoppers and treasure seekers, with an array of antique shops and independent retailers on the high street. The Withan Arts Centre hosts music, theatre, film and comedy shows, whilst the Bowes Museum is a must for history fans. No visit to the town is complete without visiting its majestic castle.
