Stay Northside offers fantastic self catering accommodation in Middridge. Our 18th Century two-bedroom cottage is perfect for a magical getaway in a beautiful area of Durham.

Our renovated cottage sleeps up to 4 people and blends vintage and second-hand bespoke furniture with modern facilities. The cottage has been built with an emphasis on sustainability, trying to reduce our impact on the environment.

On the ground floor, we have an open plan living room with an original beamed ceiling, a log burner, a 43’’ smart TV with Netflix and a dining table with four chairs. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances: dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer, microwave and kettle.

The upper floor has a king-size room with oxblood skirting boards, a wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix, USB charger ports, 400 thread count bedding, preloved dressing table and chair, a preloved wardrobe, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.

A second room comes with twin beds and features a real wood-panelled wall. The room comes with a wall-mounted TV with Netflix, a preloved dressing table and chairs and 400-thread count bedding. Both rooms share a bathroom with a dual rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries.

You can explore the delightful village of Middrige whilst staying with us. The village has a lovely pub, and you can reserve electric bike rentals with eBike-Escapes to explore the area.
