Woodgate Farm - Silver Birch & River Birch offer self catering accommodation in Beckley, close to Rye and Tenterden. Our two eco lodges have countryside views and are set in a rural setting. We are in an ideal location for exploring East Sussex and Kent.

Each of our lodges has underfloor heating provided by eco air source systems. Each lodge is provided with bed linen and towels. A welcome pack is set in the lounge for your enjoyment. Outside each lodge is a sitting-out area/terrace with garden furniture. A BBQ is available by request.

River Birch Lodge

Our River Birch Lodge comes with a central living space and bedrooms at each end. Each room opens to the patio area and the large windows bring in plenty of light. This ground floor property has an open plan living space including a living area and a dining area with a smart TV.

River Birch is disability friendly with ramp access to the lodge and a walk in shower. We can provide some disabilty support items if requested

Both bedrooms are ensuite and consist of 1 king room and 1 room with two singles that can be pushed together.

The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, electric hob, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and filter water tap. River Birch has disability access and shower room

Silver Birch Lodge

This larger lodge comes with a spacious living area and large windows that bring the outdoors in. The ground floor property has an open plan space with a living area including a smart TV. The eco ethanol-powered wood burning fire is great for the chillier months.

The kitchen comes with a range of appliances: electric oven, electric hob, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and filter pure water tap.

Bedrooms consist of 1 king room and 1 room with two singles that can be pushed together. The rooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Visiting the Area

We are based in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and only a short drive from Winchelsea Beach and Camber Sands. A 10-minute stroll up the lane from the lodges is the local pub, The Rose and Crown. You can visit the historic towns of Rye, Hastings and Tunbridge Wells. Attractions to visit include:

Battle Abbey.

Bodiam Castle.

Great Dixter Gardens.

Scotney Gardens.

Pashley Manor.

Rates: From £550 to £950 per week with welcome pack.

B&B also available from £110 per night, based on 2 people sharing.
