Woodgate Farm - Silver Birch & River Birch offers fabulous self catering accommodation near Beckley. Our two eco lodges near Rye boast stunning countryside views and are set in a rural location. We are in a brilliant location for exploring East Sussex and Kent.

We have two lodges to choose from. Each lodge has underfloor heating, bed linen and towels. A welcome pack is provided. Outside each lodge is a sitting-out area/terrace with garden furniture. A BBQ is available by request.

River Birch Lodge

Our lodge comes with a central living space and bedrooms at each end. Each room opens to the patio area and the large windows bring in plenty of light. The ground floor property has an open plan living space including a living area with Freeview smart TV and a dining area with Freeview smart TV.

The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, electric hob, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and filter water tap.

Bedrooms consist of 1 king room and 1 room with two singles that can be pushed together. The rooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Silver Birch Lodge

This larger lodge comes with a spacious living area and large windows that bring the outdoors in. The ground floor property has an open plan living space with a living area including a Freeview smart TV. The eco ethanol-powered wood burning fire is great for the chillier months.

The kitchen comes with a range of appliances: electric oven, electric hob, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and filter pure water tap.

Bedrooms consist of 1 king room and 1 room with two singles that can be pushed together. The rooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

We are based in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and only a short drive from Winchelsea Beach and Camber Sands. A 10-minute stroll up the lane is the local pub, The Rose and Crown. You can visit the historic towns of Rye, Hastings and Tunbridge Wells. Attractions to visit include:
