Beech Estate Campsite offers off-grid wild glamping and real camping near Battle. Nestled within the edge of a gorgeous 600-acre woodland in East Sussex, we are perfect for a relaxing holiday.

We are perfect for outdoor lovers and offer wild glamping and real camping, set among the trees in a peaceful setting. We offer a range of options to choose from.

Bell tents

Our large pre-erected bell tents come with beds, cooking equipment, a camera and a picnic table and chairs. These are perfect for families or groups.

Forest Tent Pitch

We offer a range of pitch sizes to choose from. From single to large mini-group areas, we have something for everyone. The pitches include a campfire pit.

Faraway Tent Pitch

Our tents are based in the forest and offer lovely views. There is single, double and group pitches available. All the pitches include a fire pit.

Valley View Tent Pitch

This pitch is spacious and usually for small groups. Two or more tents can be pitched together and the pitch offers superb views.

Hammock Camping Pitch

Based within the woods, this area offers space for 3 – 4 hammocks. There is a private firepit.

Onsite facilities include hot bucket showers, toilets, campsites, woodland walks, water points and a washing up area.

We are in an ideal location for exploring the area, with lots of walking and cycling routes in the area. The whole family can have fun at Drusillas Park or Knockhatch Adventure Park. Take a winery tour or visit one of the nearby towns. Attractions to visit include:
