Wigwam Holidays Ball Hall Farm is quite simply a hidden gem nestled in the Yorkshire Countryside and yet close to the Historic City of York and all the amenities it has to offer.

All the cabins overlook a stunning wildlife lake and are surrounded by native woodland. The site consists of nine Deluxe en-suite cabins and three Wigwam Lodge Fully Accessible cabins which are suitable for wheelchairs, families of 5, or those simply requiring more space.

The site is a haven for wildlife from Barn owls, Hares, Deer, Red Kites and swans with a woodland onsite perfect for dog walking or den building. Relax, unwind and enjoy the wildlife on your doorstep.

Each Luxury Wigwam has outside seating and a firepit/BBQ great for cooking together and then unwinding round a crackling fire at night.

The site is located close to Pocklington Market town and beyond to the Yorkshire Wolds, perfect for long dog walks.

All the cabins are fully insulated and heated with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette.

Deluxe ensuite cabins - sleeps up to 4 with 2 double beds

Wigwam Lodge Fully Accessible cabin - sleeps up to 5 with 2 double and 1 single bed. This cabin is designed to be fully wheelchair accessible with gentle ramp, wide access, lower and moveable units and large bathroom/wet room.
