A WC is also on the ground floor.

First Floor: Two large double bedrooms one with cot (no bedding supplied). Main bedroom as a TV with digital top box and small bedroom with bunks. TV with game boy fitted and 35 games.

Bathroom: Bath & overhead shower wash basin and WC. Enclosed large private car parking and play area to the rear.

You can enjoy miles of walks along the North Beach trail that go for 2 miles to Sewerby and 4 miles to Flamborough Head, and you can walk 2 miles South on the Beach to Barmston. Great attractions to visit include:
