Rose Cottage in Knockaraven offers charming self catering accommodation. We are a social charitable enterprise for children and young adults with special needs, providing a place for short-stay respite; a place where families can relax or a place for families with older children who are in their care. Located near Garrison in a gorgeous area of Fermanagh, we are ideal for a tranquil getaway.

Our delightful purpose-built cottage is suitable for short-stay respite from normal daily life for families as one family unit. Due to the setting, those members with identified needs are catered. Please note, the accommodation is non-residential: please bring your own care provision.

Nestled on our picturesque farm, the cottage is surrounded by stunning scenery. Inside there is a spacious open plan living/kitchen area to suit all your needs.

In total, there are 3 bedrooms: 1 double and 2 twins. There is a wet room and downstairs we have a sensory area. A portable hoist with slings can be provided.

Outside there is a beautiful small woodland with pathways to enjoy. You can also unwind on the spacious balcony whilst savouring the stunning views.

Our cottage is ideally located for exploring the area. You can join in with farm activities or explore further afield, including the Marble Arch caves, Bundoran, the Donegal beaches and Belleek (pottery).
