Situated just a ten-minute drive from the picturesque fishing village of Pittenweem and the beautiful beaches of Elie, Kingsbarns and St Andrews - Gillingshill enjoys a prime position on the shoulder of Kellie Law. The Gillingshill Local Nature Reserve is just across the road. This peaceful, rural property suits families, dog owners, electric vehicle owners and active guests looking for outstanding local walks.
Originally serving as the gatehouse to Gillingshill House, The Lodge at East Neuk Orchards offers comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. The property is thoughtfully designed on a single level, with just two steps leading into the house and a few steps between areas.
Inside, the open-plan living space features a wooden floor and a cosy living area with a wood burner and a 32” Freeview Smart TV with a DVD player. The dining area and kitchen are seamlessly integrated, with the kitchen fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washer/tumble dryer.
The Lodge has two well-appointed bedrooms. The first has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom features twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath, offering flexibility and comfort for families or friends travelling together.
Just outside the kitchen, you’ll find a paved area, a lawn and a terrace that opens into the natural, unspoiled grounds, perfect for picnics, BBQs, or leisurely strolls. The property also offers convenient off-road parking and an electric vehicle charging point.
Please note that the grounds feature natural slopes and drops, so care is advised.
