60 Main Street, Colinsburgh, is a charming terraced cottage in the conservation area of Colinsburgh, a quiet village in the picturesque East Neuk of Fife.
On the ground floor the cottage has a kitchen/diner and a lounge with French doors to a secluded, walled garden. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a modern ceramic-hob cooker and washing machine, while the lounge has a television with a video/DVD player.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with twin beds (there is also a sofa bed in the lounge should it be required) and a bathroom with bath and shower.
The cottage has electric heaters – the cost of electricity is included in the rent.

Pets are welcome at no extra cost (maximum two dogs, please).
Colinsburgh is 3 miles from Elie with its harbour and beaches, and only a few miles more from the attractive coastal villages of St Monans and Anstruther. St Andrews is 11 miles away and Edinburgh is less than an hour’s drive.
Fife has an abundance of golf courses which welcome visitors, and the Charleton course is just outside Colinsburgh. The Fife Coastal Path offers walks with superb views over the Firth of Forth.
