St Winefride’s Guest House provides excellent accommodation in Holywell, Flintshire, in a peaceful and historic setting. Originally a 19th-century Pilgrim Hospice, it has been thoughtfully restored to offer high-quality lodging for pilgrims and holiday visitors alike. Run by the Bridgettine Sisters, who lead a monastic life of prayer and service, the guest house offers a warm welcome to those seeking a retreat, a quiet weekend away, or time for personal reflection. Adjacent to the guest house, the Convent Chapel offers a serene space for prayer and contemplation.

We have a variety of well-appointed en suite rooms available: single, twin and family rooms. All the rooms come with tea and coffee-making facilities and a TV.

A guest lounge to relax in is available, a lovely place to relax after a busy day exploring the local area. Breakfast is available in our elegant dining room.
