Cotswold Charm Holiday Cottages is an exclusive collection of owner-managed 4-star (AA) self-catering holiday cottages in Chipping Campden. Over The Arches

Accessible from the patio and parking area, the ground floor features a spacious lounge/reception/bedroom with an en suite shower room and large TV (Netflix & Prime), along with two luxury sofas, one converting into a double bed. Upstairs, the "L" shaped kitchen/diner/lounge includes a breakfast bar and all essential amenities. The two double bedrooms are accessed from a landing, with the master bedroom slightly elevated and offering a separate dressing room and luxurious shower room. Outside, there's a sunny patio for breakfasts and adjacent parking for one car on-site.

Meadow Cottage

The cottage features a spacious, well-equipped kitchen/diner/lounge area, tastefully furnished with large picture windows framing views of open countryside to the south. Original roof timbers and a log burner enhance the ambiance. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, his and hers fitted wardrobes and an adjacent bathroom, offering extensive views through the front glass facade of the garden and rolling countryside. Patio areas provide relaxation spots for enjoying breakfast or a drink in the sunshine. WiFi is also available for your convenience.

George Barn

The flexible lounge/kitchen/diner accommodates up to 8 guests, including wheelchair users. Enjoy comfortable seating with electric armchairs, sofas and carver chairs, alongside a 50-inch Smart TV offering Sky programs, BT Sport, Catch Up and Recordings, complemented by high-speed WiFi. Under-floor heating and easy-clean Kardean flooring enhance comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, three ensuite double bedrooms await, with the Back Bedroom featuring a charming Cotswold stone wall and views of the Catholic Church and Chipping Campden. The Old Granary

The Old Granary, with its charming stone steps and railings, is an inverted cottage featuring a ground floor double bedroom with an en suite wet-room and a first floor open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with an additional double sofa bed. Recently refurbished, this cottage offers a cosy yet light and airy atmosphere, perfect for a romantic retreat in the Cotswolds or a peaceful getaway from city life. Accessible through traditional stone steps with views of the tree-lined lane, or internally via a stairway from the ground floor bedroom, it provides a delightful blend of comfort and tranquility.

Stable Cottage

Upon entering through the hardwood door, you step into a hallway leading to a spacious farmhouse-style kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and essential kitchen gadgets. A utility room with a washer/dryer is adjacent, along with a ground floor toilet. The second bedroom offers a cosy atmosphere with a double bed and a newly equipped ensuite shower/wet-room featuring original stonework and beams. Views of Dovers Hill can be enjoyed from the dressing room window. A small hallway, with a stable door, connects the kitchen to the lounge, which includes storage under the stairs. Smoking is prohibited inside the cottage, and pets are not allowed except for guide dogs. For larger groups, George Barn is located nearby.

Tally Ho

Tally Ho is a charming first-floor self-contained apartment, ideal for two guests seeking a cosy retreat. The bedroom features an antique Louis XV double bed with picturesque rural views. The apartment includes a well-equipped galley kitchen, a spacious shower room and access to separate laundry facilities. In the lounge, there is a single sofa bed available for an additional charge of £25.00 per night. Outside, a secluded garden offers a peaceful spot to relax amidst the sights and sounds of the countryside. Private parking is provided. For two couples wanting proximity, Tally Ho View, located just steps away in the same main house, is also available for booking.

Accessed via a convenient staircase leading to a balcony with a private entrance, this accommodation offers a charming setting. The balcony is furnished with a bistro table and chairs, perfect for enjoying morning coffee in the sunshine or evening gin and tonics while watching stunning sunsets. Inside, the comfortable open-plan lounge features a reclining sofa, coffee tables, TV and WiFi, alongside a well-equipped galley kitchen with a combi oven (microwave grill & oven), fridge/freezer, and more. A shower room and a lovely double bedroom with provided linen and towels are accessible from a central landing.
