Our contemporary 1st floor apartment, with its own secure parking space has 2 double bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 4 people. It offers a smart, spacious alternative to soulless hotel rooms, in a vibrant part of the city centre. We are opposite the Museum of Science and Industry, (MOSI) and just off Deansgate, in the historic Castlefield area of Manchester.
Your accommodation comprises of; an open-plan living and dining area with digital TV, DVD, freeview, CD player, telephone, free wifi, sofas, coffee tables, dining table & chairs. We also have a selection of DVDs, CDs, books and games for your enjoyment. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, electric cooker with hob, microwave, toaster, kettle & cafetiere, smoothie maker and washer dryer. We have provided a range of crockery, pans, cookware, table linen and glassware. There is also a first aid kit and fire extinguisher for your safety needs. Tea and coffee are provided as is a welcome pack for longer stays.
The bathroom has an electric shower, bath, toilet, wash basin and mirror, plus a tall, mirrored bathroom cabinet. Quality bath products, towels and tissues provided.
The steel bedroom has a metal double bed, bedside cabinets & side lamps and a double mirrored wardrobe with internal drawers. The oak bedroom has a wooden double bed, bedside cabinets and side lamps, wardrobe, tallboy, dressing table and vanity mirror. Fine, 540 thread count psi cotton bed linen provided. For visits of more than seven days a linen change and flat clean is offered.
The zinc cabinet in the hallway has an information folder upon the apartment. It includes tourist info, noting restaurants, bars, theatres, pubs, museums, cinemas, walks and places of interest. This includes some of our own recommendations too. The linen cupboard has extra towels, bed & table linen and light bulbs. The ironing board, iron, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer are also stored here.
The Hilton Hotel Tower is a useful landmark at the top of the road. All parts of the City Centre are walkable from here, but in the immediate vicinity are; restaurants, cafes, traditional pubs, roof-top bars, a gym with pool, Manchester Central exhibition space (formerly GMEX), MOSI (Museum Of Science and Industry), Castlefield Art Gallery, the canal network, a deli, shops, a cinema and indie bars.
